PGHost Privacy Policy

We are committed to absolute data privacy, container isolation, and transparent infrastructure logging.

1. Information We Collect

When using PGHost, we collect only essential technical metadata required to provision and maintain your container:

  • Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens via Supabase Auth.
  • Server Telemetry: CPU utilization, RAM usage, storage consumption, and network I/O to display real-time dashboard metrics.
  • Console Logs: Live console buffers streamed in memory for your administrative troubleshooting.

2. Player IP & World Data Privacy

Your world files, player UUID data, economy databases, and player chat logs belong exclusively to you. PGHost does not inspect, sell, share, or monetize customer server files or connected player data.

3. Container Sandboxing & Zero-Trust Isolation

Every server operates inside an isolated cgroup environment with dedicated network namespaces. Other customers on the same physical host cannot inspect your processes, memory heap, or port traffic.

4. Right to Deletion (GDPR / Indian DPDP Compliance)

You have the right to completely delete your account and all associated world backups at any time. When deleted, all container volumes and snapshot files are securely purged within 24 hours.
