PGHost Terms of Service

These terms govern your subscription, deployment, and use of PGHost bare-metal Minecraft infrastructure, managed by Pookie Studios.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Minecraft EULA

By provisioning or accessing any server instance on PGHost (panel.pookiestudios.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Mojang’s official Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA). You represent that you are authorized to operate Minecraft multiplayer instances.

2. Dedicated Hardware & Fair Use Compute

Each PGHost container is provisioned with dedicated physical RAM allocations, Gen4 NVMe disk storage, and AMD EPYC™ 9004 processing capacity. While we do not throttle legitimate Minecraft gaming, world generation, or plugin execution:

  • Cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing projects, or non-gaming malicious binaries are strictly prohibited.
  • Intentional chunk-crash exploit loops designed to impact host stability will be isolated and quarantined.
  • You have full root access to manage plugins, configurations, and world saves within your container sandbox.

3. Billing, Renewals, & Auto-Provisioning

Server subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle. Provisioning is instant upon confirmed invoice settlement. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your server plan at any time through the billing dashboard without penalties.

4. Data Retention & Backup Policy

Automated daily backups are stored on off-site S3 storage. Upon server cancellation or non-payment, your server container and world data are preserved in safe quarantine for 7 days before automated decommission.

5. Contact & Governance

For legal inquiries, abuse reporting, or commercial enterprise contracts, contact the Pookie Studios Operations Team directly at pookiestudios.in/contact.
